Policies and Cancelations

Cancellation of Reservations
  • Guest who cancel on Holiday reservations ie( Easter, Memorial, Fourth of July and Labor day weekends) will be charged for full reservations.

  • Guest who cancel non-holiday reservations 30 days prior to arrival date, will be refunded paid reservation minus deposit and processing fees.

  • Guests who give less than 30 days notice  of cancellations on non-holiday will receive half payment of paid reservation.

Pet Policy

We welcome our guests pets as family!

However the resort must have rules for everyone's safety. 

  • All pets must have up to date vaccinations.

  • Guest must have all pets leashed when in common areas.

  • Pets must be crated when left alone in the cabins. Guests will be charged for damage to resort property

Reservation Policy
Reservations can be made on website, phone or email.
  • All reservations must be reserved with a credit card.
  • Deposit for reservations must be paid 60 days prior to arrival date.
  • All reservations are to be paid prior to arrival or at time of arrival.
Processing Fees will be added to bill for all Credit card payments.
Returned checks will be charged an additional $45.00 fee.
