Cancellation Policy

We try to be fair to our guests and also protect ourselves as a small business. We depend on advance reservations and once you reserve it, its off the market. 

  • Holiday Reservations (Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day), 

    • Must be paid in full at time of reservation, or one month prior to stay.

    • 30+ days advance cancelation notice, half of total reservation​ will be refunded.

    • Less than 30 days advance, no refund of reservation unless we are able to fill it.

  • Non-Holiday Reservations

    • +30 days advance notice, full refund of deposit.

    • Less than 30 days notice are subject to total loss of deposit.

* We will do our best to fill any cancelations and negate loss of deposit.

** Early departures are subject to charges.

Pet Policy
  • $20/ per dog per nights stay.

  • $100 pet deposit per dog.

  • Sorry no cats (due to allergies)

  • All pets must have up to date vaccinations.

  • All pets must be leashed when in common areas and must be crated when left alone in the cabins. Guests will be charged for any damage to resort property.

  • Please be considerate and clean up after your pet. There are poop-bag stations near pool and pavilion.

  • No dogs allowed in the pool area.

  • Dogs on dock must be leashed and under control at all times.

  • Guests are responsible for all damages to property and subject to additional charges.

Reservation Policy
Reservations can be made on website, phone or email.
  • All reservations must be reserved with a credit card or PayPal.
  • A one night deposit will be charged at time of reservation.
  • Holiday Reservations must be paid in full one month prior to stay.
  • All reservations are to be paid prior to arrival or at time of check-in.
  • No Checks (PayPal, Credit Cards and Cash only)
Processing Fees may be added to bill for all credit card payments.
Check-in and Check-out 
Standard check-in time is 3pm. 
Check-out is 11am.
*Guests not checked out by 11 may incur additional room charges. 

 

Housekeeping

We pride ourselves with the cleanliness of our cabins outlined in health and safety. There is no housekeeping during each stay unless arranged prior. Towels may be exchanged by bringing them to the office or contacting management.

Trash cans are located outside of each cabin, please contact us if you need them emptied.

Please do not use bath towels at pool, dock or to clean boats.

Health and Safety

We want our guests to feel comfortable and safe at the resort and in their cabins. Our cleaning staff is taking every precaution and safety measure

to clean and sanitize cabins after each guest. We clean all bedding, comforters, pads and even shower curtains after each guest stay.  Our cabins are cleaned with EPA approved cleaning and disinfectant agents. 

No guns allowed on property outside of hunting season.

Smoking Policy
All of our cabins are non-smoking.  No Smoking in communal areas such as the pool, dock and pavilion. Guests are allowed to smoke on their cabin porches. There will be additional charges for any extra cleaning that is required.
Pool Safety
There is no active lifeguard at the pool or on dock, please monitor your children and follow posted signs. Pool opens at 9am and closes at 10pm. No glass, food or pets in pool area.
Dock Safety
The dock has lighting and electricity, caution should be taken around the outlets and wires. Do not climb on or jump from railings or roof.
No smoking and please be considerate of others.
